How to apply sunscreen?
Apply sunscreen as the last step in your morning routine, after moisturiser but before makeup if you wear it. Use about a quarter teaspoon for the face and neck. Spread it evenly across all exposed areas, including the forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, ears, and the back of the neck. Allow it a minute to settle before heading out.
For the body, a general guideline is one full shot glass (about 35 ml) to cover the entire body surface. Most people apply far too little, which reduces the actual SPF they receive. If you are spending extended time outdoors, reapply every two hours and immediately after swimming or sweating. For daily indoor-outdoor use, a single morning application is typically sufficient if you are not spending long stretches in direct sun. Consistent, complete coverage is what makes sunscreen work.
