Refund policy
We have a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its actual condition and original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at listen@theeast24.co. If found valid, return items will be picked up by the delivery partner from the original place of delivery. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable conditions
If the item(s) is damaged or tampered with or the outer packaging torn after receiving, the item(s) are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
Any replacements will be delivered in 0-4 days. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item as soon as you find an issue with it. Once the return is accepted and refund is initiated, you can place a reorder or request an exchange.
Refunds
Once the item(s) you wish to return are picked up in the right conditions mentioned above, we will initiate a refund to your preferred mode of payment. Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
